There is a huge need for people all over the world who want to know the secret in regards to how to lose love handles. Let’s face it. Nobody likes their love handles. They hate them. They are like that annoying little brother or sister that you had when you were a kid. It’s like no matter what you do, you just can’t get rid of your love handles.

But there are numerous reasons for this, and the biggest one that I have seen is that most people, maybe including you have done the same thing in and out for months, maybe years, and therefore, your results have hit a huge plateau. This is okay though because what I wanted to talk about today was how to lose love handles using these 3 key elements.

So as I was saying before, most people still have their stubborn fat deposits around their waistline for a number of reasons, but the biggest reason is because lack of variety. And this lack of variety is not only with your training program but also with your diet. You see, your body is very akin to adapting to the same thing over and over again. All it cares about is homeostasis. It does not care about you wanting to get flab abs, a six pack, etc…It just wants to survive long enough to enable you to reproduce…because that’s what we are on this earth for. In order to have multiple generations of our genetics. Therefore, you have millions of years of evolution against you to lose love handles.

That’s okay though because evolution gave us huge brains in order to figure out complicated tasks like this. And through years of trial and error, constant research, and in the trench know how, I’ve come up with 3 Main Elements that you can use right now in order to get things going.

One of these key elements is your diet, but specifically how to utilize cheat meals or re-feed days throughout your diet program in order to keep fat loss humming along at a constant pace. The problem with fat loss and your diet is that your body gets used to the same amount of calories, if you eat that same amount over and over again everyday during the week.

Therefore your metabolism creates a new set point. If it doesn’t need to burn A LOT of calories, it will lower its metabolic rate and because of this, your weight loss comes to a screeching halt. You see how this all plays out now? So the first big trick that you can start utilizing is that you need to constantly manipulate your total calories that you’re ingesting on a given basis.

The second key element that I have found is regards to your training program. Doing the same thing over and over again with your training program is not going to get you results at all. Again it all goes back to your body adapting to whatever stress that you place on it. It’s that simple.

You need to constantly keep progressing and forcing new types of stimulus on your body in order for it to adapt, but by doing this, you keep getting more cut, more muscular, and eventually over time, you’ll finally achieve the body that you always wanted. One of the easiest ways to go about increasing your progression during your workouts is by performing more work in the same amount of time.

This is called Density Training and it’s one of the big things I talk about in The Love Handle Cure. Density training is all about doing more total work in a given time period. Each week you record the number of total reps you got per exercise and then the next time you perform that same workout, you need to do more total reps within that same time period. It’s that simple. But it forces you to compete against yourself and therefore, you burn more calories, lose more weight and induce change.

And the third key element I wanted to talk about was supplements. Truthfully, with supplements you need to look at Paretto’s Principle or what you typically hear as the 80/20 rule. Basically, 80% of your results will come from the main 20% of what you do. So if you have your training and nutrition down pat, what makes you think that by adding some type of fat burning pill into your arsenal is going to make all that difference?

Because truthfully it’s not at all. Not one bit. There is no pill that you can buy over the counter for $80 that will get you ripped up, cut, and muscular. It’s just not going to happen. I’m sorry to break it to you. But don’t worry, you’re not alone. Even I, myself have fallen for this trap before.
