If you want to learn how to get rid of love handles fast, then I’m going to introduce to you a certain type of diet that I have used and many of my clients have used in order to drop this problem area for good. It’s really tough to implement, but a lot of people have had tremendous success with this program so I’m sure you would be able to as well.
One of the biggest things you’re going to be doing is totally changing how you eat and how you think of food. You can’t look at food anymore as something to satisfy your needs and act as your friend. The next thing you’re going to need to do is throw out all the crap that’s in your house. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you what that is but here is what I’m talking about…Anything that contains any type of gluten such as pasta, bread, cake, cookies, candy, pretzels, chips, etc…
All of that is garbage and only contributes to your love handle problem. If you want to take a big step in regards to how to get rid of love handles, then understand that key point above. They produce a huge insulinigenic response which only contributes to adding more stubborn fat deposits around you middle. And the sad thing is a lot of times you don’t even try and do it. You might think you’re eating healthy, but you’re not. It’s okay though because none of this is your fault. You have to blame the manipulative food and diet industry into making you believe that “whole wheat” is healthy and those 100 calorie snack packs are good for you cause they are not.
The next thing you’re going to have to do is purchase protein powder. This is going to be the basis of your entire program to getting rid of love handles. You will be mostly consuming your meals in liquid form from protein shakes. The reason is because it’s fast, super easy, you know what you’re putting into your body, you reprogram your taste buds, your cravings, and it’s very easy to digest for your body. Oh and I forgot the other reason is because it helps you stay full while allowing you to drop pounds of belly fat rather quickly.
The next part is you’re going to need to pick up some whole or ground up flax seeds, fish oil pills, and sugar free fiber tablets. These will be the other main staples in your entire love handle fat loss program. The fish oil is important because it’s a super healthy fat that I feel everyone should be having in their diet.
It’s high in anti inflammatory and super healthy for your cardiovascular system. Plus it’s even been shown to help people lose fat, especially around their waistline. You need the flax seeds for their healthy fats purpose, but also because they’ll add necessary fiber to your diet since you won’t be eating any solid foods during the week. And the same can be said for the sugar free fiber tablets as well. They’ll add bulk to your stool so you can go to the bathroom. Plus the added fiber will help you stay full for a longer period of time.
So during the week you’ll be consuming nothing but protein shakes. This will go on for 6 days and half of Sunday. On Sunday, the last meal of the day you can have solid food. And I want you to have a big meal, but it needs to be healthy. It can’t be any type of junk food at all.
A good example would be 8oz of steak, a large baked potato, a side of steamed broccoli, and some pudding for dessert. This will help to shoot leptin levels all the way back up to baseline levels and therefore prevent any type of weight loss plateau or stagnation. Below is the break down for your daily diet that you’re going to follow.
Meal 1: 1-2 scoops of protein powder, 5 fish oil capsules, 2 Tbs of flax seeds, 2 fiber tables
Meal 2: 1-2 scoops of protein powder, 2 Tbs of flax seeds, 2 fiber tablets
Meal 3: 1-2 scoops of protein powder, 5 fish oil capsules
Meal 4: 1-2 scoops of protein powder, 2 Tbs of flax seeds, 2 fiber tablets
Meal 5: 1-2 scoops of protein powder, 5 fish oil capsules, 2 Tbs flax seeds, 2 fiber tablets
Meal 6: 1-2 scoops of protein powder, 2 fiber tablets
