Regardless if the product works or not…sickening isn’t it? The truth is you should never ever deprive yourself of food to lose weight…Why? Because when your body senses starvation…your metabolism starts moving at a snail’s pace and it does this because of evolution.  Your body just wants to survive and starts hoarding more fat in the process because it thinks it’s going through a famine. The truth is you should never deprive yourself of your favorite foods because usually this means reducing your caloric intake drastically, which again, puts your body into starvation mode. It senses famine and shuts down your fat burning hormones and metabolism, which makes it harder and harder to get rid of those stubborn fat deposits around our midsection.
